• Josephine has also studied Diploma of Nutrition, this will benefit your naturopathic consultation even further; as she can analayse your diet and modify it for your needs.
• Josephine has a science based background; having studied Bachelor of Health Science; and Human Health Science, understanding the biomechanics and biology for the human body is important; as well as Nutritional Biochemistry, which is important to know how nutrition plays a big role in human health. Also herbal pharmacognosy and chemistry - understanding the biological interactions of herbal medicine in human health.

• Josephine is a QUALIFIED MASSAGE THERAPIST - having graduated from Diploma of Remedial Massage, Josephine has credentials to be a Massage Therapist.
• Josephine is highly EXPERIENCED; has been in practice (after graduating) since 2002.
• Also is qualfied in Application of Hot and Cold Stones, and thus this is integrated into all massages to increase the therapeutic benefits for you.
