(please come 5 mins earlier than your scheduled appointment.)

Letting us know earlier to cancel, the better; but please give at least 48 hours notice; otherwise you may incur a 50% fee of the consult, depending if the time slot you had was needed by another client and did not book in because this was the only time the client could make it. Please understand that another client could have had that appointment but missed out as it was booked and it may be too late to book them in.

Failing to attend without notice, the above applies. Although I do realise this usually is unintentional but a friendly warning may be issued to help you find ways to remember to come. Please find ways to remember your appointment- putting it in your calendar, diary, mobile phone schedule or outlook schedule; or ask for a call /email reminder by concord body care. Please be aware that every client is equal, deserves respect and consideration.

• After 7:30pm rate - rates are as follows - Massage 1hr $100,  1/2hr $70 , 1.5hr $150.
                                - Initial Naturopathy - $150, Follow up Naturopathy- $70.   
• For a booking that overlaps, starts from 6.45pm for an hour.
